How to sign-up for a user Account
All individual academic accounts include 1,000 free evaluation hours. A credit card or deposit payment (purchase of one of the packages below) is required. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason during the 1,000 evaluation hours, your deposit will be refunded. Simply contact us for the refund.
After the free hours are used, hours will be deducted from the deposit. After the deposit is used, you have the option to purchase another package. If you do not purchase another package your account will automatically become pay-per-use billing (default). You have the option to purchase another package or remain pay-per-use billing. The pay-per-use rate is $0.06/core-hour.
If you place a credit card on file, you have the option to automatically be charged each month or pay your invoice yourself (default) using the payment options available through the invoice.
Minimum requirements
- A valid university email address and active enrollment
- A deposit of one of the packages below or a credit card on file
After the purchase of one of the packages below, you will be directed to complete an account application form. Please complete the form using your email assigned by the college or university. Upon completion of the form, we will review your information and email your account user ID and login instructions usually within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason during the 1,000 evaluation hours, your deposit will be refunded. Simply contact us for the refund.

Certain high-demand clusters or nodes have a low priority or are not accessible to academic users during times of heavy usage.
