Sabalcore Computing Inc. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the http://www.sabalcore.com website and provides high performance computing in the cloud services (the “Service”).

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. Providing the data does not guarantee service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service, accessible from http://www.sabalcore.com

This Privacy Notice maybe in addition to other privacy notices related to other services Sabalcore provides.

Definitions

Service

Service is pay-per-use or term rental of high performance computing (HPC) systems in the cloud. Our relationship with you is we are your HPC service provider. The http://www.sabalcore.com website is operated by Sabalcore Computing Inc.

Data Subject (or Registered User)

A data subject is an individual who has acknowledge they are a resident of the European Economic Area or not, reviewed the privacy policy, agreed to the terms of service, completed and submitted the user account application form, and deemed to be a valid data subject.

Personal Data means data that we collect for legitimate interests about a Data Subject who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Usage Data

Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

Data Provide by Data Subject

Data that maybe stored at the request of the Data Subject which may contain Personal Data and is not required for fulfilment of the Service.

Registered User Data

Data that is controlled by the Data Subject. This is data that the Data Subject transfers or generates using the service to or from the service.

Registered User Data

Data that is controlled by the Data Subject. This is data that the Data Subject generates or transfers to or from the service in compliance with the terms of service. This data is not subject to this privacy policy.

We record activity logs and accounting data for the purpose of providing the Service.

Part of our service uses modern web browsers to display Registered User data.

Business Transaction

If Sabalcore Computing Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data and Sensitive Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

The business operation service providers we may work with are considered confidential to our operations. A list of the business operations providers we work with is available upon request through non-disclosure agreement signed by an officer of the requesting entity or company. Providing this information is at our discretion.

Payments

We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card or bank details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

The business operation service providers we may work with are considered confidential to our operations. A list of the business operations providers we work with is available upon request through non-disclosure agreement signed by an officer of the requesting entity or company. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
